Auction Bidding & Payment
By placing a bid on 72 Hour Golf you are making a binding offer
to purchase the lot at that price.
If your bid is the winning bid at auction close,
you are obligated to complete the purchase.
72 Hour Golf reserves the right to cancel any bid or refuse any order
at its absolute discretion.
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of auction close unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.
Product Information & Photos
72 Hour Golf aims to accurately describe and photograph all auction lots.
However, images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only
and may not capture every detail of condition.
Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding.
The hammer price reflects the item in the condition described.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 72 Hour Golf will not be liable
in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise,
for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss
or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site,
goods supplied, or any failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with this site or any goods supplied
will be limited, at our election, to:
- Repair or replacement of the goods;
- Supply of equivalent goods;
- Payment of the cost of doing so; or
- The amount paid by you for the item in question.
Rights We Cannot Exclude
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded by law,
including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
