Exchange & Returns Policy

For an exchange or return to be considered, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • 72 Hour Golf must be contacted within 14 days of the date you received your item.
  • The original auction invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The item must be in the same condition as described in the auction listing —
    unworn, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging where applicable.
  • A Return Authorisation Form (issued by 72 Hour Golf) must accompany all
    returned items.
  • Returns will not be accepted on the basis of change of mind.
    All auction wins are binding.
  • 72 Hour Golf will arrange return shipping for approved returns due to items
    being significantly not as described. In all other approved cases, the buyer
    is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
  • No credit note will be issued for items that have been worn, used, assembled,
    damaged after delivery, altered in any way, or dropped or broken.

Refunds

A refund will only be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The item is significantly not as described in the auction listing —
    including material defects, faults with operational quality,
    or misrepresentation of condition.
  • 72 Hour Golf must be contacted within 14 days of the date of delivery.
    After 14 days, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances,
    including change of mind.
  • The original auction invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same method as the original payment
    (e.g. if paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that card).
  • Director approval is required for any refund outside of the above circumstances.
  • The refund policy does not apply to items that have been worn, used,
    assembled, damaged after delivery, altered, dropped, or broken.

Exceptions — No Exchange, Credit, or Refund

72 Hour Golf cannot offer an exchange, credit note, or refund on the following:

  • Items sold as “Display Stock”, “Clearance”, or “As-Is” —
    all such lots are sold on a no-returns basis.
  • Any item that has been custom fitted, re-shafted, re-gripped,
    or otherwise altered at your request.
  • Freight and shipping charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Shipping

72 Hour Golf ships all items centrally from our warehouse.
The following conditions apply to all deliveries:

  • We deliver to street addresses only.
    We do not deliver to Post Office boxes or PO Boxes.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
    We cannot guarantee delivery on a specified day or time.
  • Our delivery driver is not able to call ahead prior to delivery.
  • If delivering to a business address, please include your opening hours
    in the order notes at checkout.
  • A signature is required on delivery. Please nominate a delivery address
    where someone will be available to receive the goods during business hours.
    Safe drop is not available.
  • If you are unavailable to receive delivery and a re-delivery is required,
    you may be charged an additional re-delivery fee.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight,
    and destination of your order.
